  Received the wrong amount of chicken nuggets the fries were cold one was frozen, raw, and smelled like onions absolutely disgusting. When I tried to get an extra buffalo sauce from the condiment tray they said no no they're in the bag and try to walk off without giving me my sauce.

  TRASH. Did a mobile order, app told me the food was ready, went to pick it up at the counter, had to bang on window to get employees attention. They had a line of people waiting for the counter pickup, employees saw us and just ignored us, my burger was not what I ordered, my soda had no carbonation, got no napkins or ketchup , trying to get help with my order after the fact was pretty much impossible bc they ignored the window. The app won’t let you request a refund or report an issue either so money wasted and food in the trash. Do not go to this location.

  Ordered 1 frappe from this place for pickup. I stood at the window for 15+ mins outside while the workers inside just looked at me and refused to open the window. The workers here always act like I've just personally insulted them by existing. You need to clean house, fire everyone except for the sweet hispanic lady who takes out curbside orders, and just restart. This place sucks. They always get orders wrong too. Fri, May 15 at 11:26 AM. I currently can see 4+ workers inside all ignoring us. Their drive thru isn't backed up at all. There is no reason why they should just be ignoring us.

  I ordered a medium orange juice with a sausage McMuffin. I took one sip of my orange juice and felt a slimy substance in my mouth which I immediately spit out and placed it on a napkin. I don’t know what this is, but they are definitely a disgusting establishment for something like this to be floating around in their orange juice dispenser! I tried to call them in which no one picked up, but I definitely got my refund back through Uber Eats. Their ratings on that app are also false because they have a 4.4 star rating in which everywhere else I look they have three stars or less. This establishment really needs to be shut down or properly cleaned this can make somebody sick. What if a child got a hold of this !!

  Gave me the wrong order (i ordered a quarter pounder deluxe/2c, they gave me a 10 pc nuggets) and didn’t tell me what they mistook it for until after ordering (they didn’t repeat the order or show it on the drive thru screen, just asked me to pull up and pay without a word). I was only told of what they believed I ordered after paying and getting to the 2nd window; when I said it was wrong, they just shuffled about for a bit then repeated that I already paid for it, not really doing or saying anything except giving me the wrong food. Wouldn’t really recommend going here
