  We stopped in for some burgers on the way to Austin from Chicago. Had seen this place on Texas Bucket list, so stopped in. Glad we did. Customer service was outstanding, the atmosphere was great and clean. Very cool place whether downstairs or rooftop! The burgers were fantastic, not sure there are any wrong choices on the menu. I highly recommend this place. Come out and support your local restaurants.

  From start to finish, our experience was 10/10. We loved the whole Texas theme and our waitress (dont remember her name) was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable of the menu and allergens. She also gave great suggestions and the food was tasty! The two managers, Krit and Ethan, stopped by the table and were super friendly. You can tell how much they care about what they do. Ethan also gave excellent recommendations for other places around the square to check out after we finished. We will definitely be back!

  Service was terrible...sat for more than 20 minutes to be served...5 servers there,which was more than enough for the 7 people there...was ignored for 10 minutes as servers walked passed my table...at least 4 of them looked at us and walked past...food was good, ONCE IT ARRIVED...

  Came in on Sunday for lunch, was hoping to get a burger and catch the Rangers game. I asked the bartender to put on the game, he was super accommodating and said no problem. As he was changing the TV, a manager with a braided beard ran up on him and kinda flipped out about him changing the TV. The situation became uncomfortable so we decided to leave without eating and try somewhere else, not sure why it became a problem.

  I've always loved this location. The servers and bartenders have consistently been friendly, hardworking, and do an amazing job, especially during the summer heat. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been overshadowed by one manager with longer hair and a braided beard. The last four times I've been here, he's approached me while I was simply enjoying a drink on the patio and told me to go to a different bar. It felt unnecessary, unwelcoming, and left a bad impression. I've also seen him come off the elevator while vaping, which didn't seem very professional for someone in a management role. I hope the higher-ups address this manager's behavior and have a conversation with him about professionalism and customer service. The rest of the staff works hard and provides a great experience, so it's disappointing to see one person's conduct detract from an otherwise excellent location.
