  Supper clean and a great selection. I love this htea0. I love that they have so many unsweet teas and a truvia sweetened tea.

  Today 7/31/26 @ 3:15pm I went through the drive thru in Denton Texas on University Dr location. Upon greeting I had told the employee that I had a coupon card and I read it to her verbatim!!! I asked if there were any exclusions for the FREE TEA COUPON - Employee replied , No. So I proceed to ask about a specialty drink. Employee responds- the FREE TEA IS ONLY ON THE TEAS. Okay so I ordered a Strawberry passion tea whichever size that the coupon is good for, I didn't mind. Employee responded- We are out of the huge cups, is large okay. Me- Sure, great. Employee responded that'll be $4.18 . So I'm thinking she just is rushed and I'll give her coupon at window. I get to window and had the coupon card in hand tried passing it to an employee. She wouldn't take it!! I was very adamant that I had CLEARLY notified before ordering that I had a COUPON FOR A FREE TEA, and had READ THE CARD VERBATIM!!! Window Employee calls over another Employee and explains, as well as I did that I had asked and notified them of coupon. Guessing the called over employee was some type of in charge person- she proceeded to tell me that they DO NOT TAKE THIS COUPON AND ESPECIALLY IN DRIVE THRU. OKAY HTEAO IF YOU WOULD LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER THE 1ST TIME AND RESPOND CORRECTLY THE 1ST TIME GIVEN INFORMATION THEN NO ONE WOULD HAVE WASTED TIME OR ENERGY!!! I will never go to this location, unless someone wants to personally apologize for the incompetence that I experienced at this location. Hence why did I let them know before ordering, hence why did your employee say I could only order tea iteam and not anything special or mixed???? Straighten up your training, it wasn't even a busy time!!! Very Disappointed 😞

  So rude! My tea didn’t even taste like watermelon. I don’t think anyone that works there as happy which says a lot about the management and the lady that owns. It is extremely rude.
