  First time coming going to a Einstein Bros Bagels and I came within an hour of them closing and the staff was very helpful with helping me sign up for rewards so I could get a free bagel and I wasn’t too for sure what the specific name for a bagel was that I wanted and when I started naming off the ingredients from what I remember seeing on the menu they knew exactly which bagel it was. And I also got the cinnamon sugar bagel with plain cream cheese and that one was exceptional it was very soft and toasted perfectly. I’ve been to a few bagel places around texas and usually I have to fight with the bagel to get it to tear apart but not this one. 10/10 would recommend, very fresh and helpful staff!

  It is utterly ridiculous to keep people waiting over an hour just to tell them you’re out of the items they ordered after it was ordered. Horrible operation. Shane on management for not taking any initiative

  Absolutely the worst possible Einstein in Texas! Never have the product available always in the oven. When you sell an item to an in store customer then give that item to a drive thru customer instead is very ridiculous! Then when you don’t have the product you sold you refund a cheaper item not even the item I ordered just about insane. It’s fast food if you can’t even do that properly you can’t really function in life! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE THEY HAVE THE WORST REVIEWS FOR A REASON!

  I waited 25 minutes for a bakers dozen with two tubs of schmear. I requested and pointed out the bagels I wanted, which were in the case. I asked for them to be sliced and toasted and I received a box of the completely wrong bagels, sliced, not toasted. First, and coincidentally, last visit here. What a failure!
