  My favorite chain coffee store. Myanna is my favorite employee and always makes me feel so welcome! Raven is also wonderful! The whole staff is actually really great, but Myanna especially goes above and beyond!

  Don’t bother coming here, they don’t care and even leaving a one star review , you’ll get an automated AI response about your review. They are extremely slow and need better organization/ coordination. “Order ahead - skip the line “? Yeah, right . Even if you order ahead you’re waiting on the people in front of you to place their order and taking forever . They get extremely busy (obviously, it’s a Dutch bros ) and they hardly ever have line busters outside . The pickup window is no better . They need two separate lanes (especially when it’s busy busy) for people who places their order online and for people who are ordering just then. Even with all the complaints on here that have been made a while back , they still lack improvement. In other words, if you have less than 30 minutes on your hands , don’t come here - you’ll be late .

  My most favorite coffee place but this location is super slow. Hardly ever have line busters outside taking orders and even ordering ahead doesn’t speed it up. I go to several other locations and this is never an issue. Super frustrating when I waste 10 minutes of my time waiting in line just to have to leave because it’s taking forever.

  Came to this Dutch Bros location right now. The girl taking my family and I order in the drive-thru was very rude and unprofessional. She was rushing us. And being rude with an attitude saying "what else" "what else" after we would barely say one thing. And then she asked if we had the app I said yes I did and I started pulling the app up again cause it was still loading activating my free medium drink and she started tapping her tablet all loud and telling me all rudely that I should already have the app once i get there so she doesn't have to wait and I said ACTUALLY I DID HAVE It OPEN already but the app was was still loading she was looking all mad. And then I saw she was giving the same attitude the people in the car behind me SMH. I had never had an experience like this at any dutch bros that I have gone to. I travel alot to different states and gone to many different dutch bros location. DB is my favorite coffee place to go to and its known for their awesome service but She was straight up rude. Will never be going back this location. She ruining that location reputation

  First of all, I want to start off by saying this shop works amazingly and almost always gives me friendly vibes for every drink I come and get, but there’s one barista in particular that goes by the name of Harper that causes a problem every time I come through. I do not mean to call someone by the wrong pronouns, of course I’m an older woman, but when I expect my drink at the window I did not know that flat out rudeness and disrespect comes along with it right as I left. Do not come here if you want to be treated like garbage. Dutch bros— please do better on who you hire and stop expecting your customers to put up with this kind of childish treatment, I really expected better from you.
