My spouse and I were traveling for the 4th of July weekend and we arrived right at closing time, at 10:00 p.m. We ordered two drinks, and she took our order without any hesitation, even after we asked if they would even accept our order since they were technically closed. We definitely felt appreciated and grateful for her service.

The signage indicates that order-takers alternate between the two lines, but today, three cars that arrived after me in the other lane had their orders taken first. When I mentioned it, the employee explained it was policy to clear one line first, and then had those cars pass ahead of me. Between the 28-minute wait and the confusion over the line policy, it wasn't the usual great service I'm used to, and I just wanted to bring this to your attention."

We’re all just trapped in the ordering line without even a way to go around and get out of it; you’re just boxed in. Additionally, at the location in central Denton, I tried ordering ahead and arrived when it said the order would be ready. I then waited another 15 minutes - including after the woman in front of me ORDERER AND RECEIVED HER SEVEN DRINKS before I received my order. As much as I wanted to love Dutch Bros, there seems to be some serious staffing/ efficiency issues.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
