  Carlos gave us some of the best customer service we’ve had in a long time! He was incredibly patient, helpful, and took the time to walk us through the menu and answer all of our questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. Thank you, Carlos, for making our visit so easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

  I placed a mobile order on April 5 for 60$ worth of doughnuts, the store was supposedly open but when we arrived the store was closed and doors were locked, it’s been a month and we still haven’t received a refund, both the managers and corporate have refused to do anything.

  Get my frozen coffee and and occasional donut here. It's my special treat and I really look forward to it. Be warned they won't make frozen coffees too close to closing time.

  I’ve been going here occasionally since opening day, but more so lately after I quit Starbucks. It has been pretty good, up until the last 3 times I’ve went. First issue is I am caffeine intolerant so I order decaf. I had ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso once and it took them forever to make the drink. Yesterday I ordered a decaf latte, a turkey wrap, and a chocolate glazed donut. They made a decaf iced coffee, so I had to ask for it to be remade. I saw a girl accidentally toss hashbrowns into a bag and half of them fell on the floor. The girl making the food was yelling pretty loud. My turkey wrap was poorly made, and I got a regular glazed donut. I felt bad about asking for the coffee to be remade already, so I didn’t want to ask for the donut, so I ended up paying for it. Today I ordered DoorDash, and again received a regular glazed donut too. Since I don’t go to Starbucks anymore, I was hoping a better choice would be dunkin, but sorry to say I won’t be going back. I love the chocolate glazed donuts and the decaf espresso is so much smoother than Starbucks espresso in general, but the fact mistakes keep happening I don’t feel comfortable going back.
