  Pulled into the drive through at 9:45pm today 5/30/2026 and waited in line for 15 mins. We were next in line to the window when they turned the lights off at 9:59pm. The guy working told us that the car ahead of us was the last customer and the boss gave them “strict orders” to stop at 10pm. It would’ve been nice to have an employee walk outside to let us know that the drive through was closed at 9:45pm so we didn’t wait for 15 minutes only to not get served. We could’ve went inside the store to guarantee our order was taken. There were at least 3-5 more cars behind us as well that sat and waited for nothing. Terrible experience. Extremely disappointing and will not be back.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this Dairy Queen. The service was terrible from start to finish. The employee taking our order was extremely rude and didn’t seem to listen at all. He was a tatted guy with glasses and was wearing ear buds. We clearly asked for one ice cream, but he made two—and instead of fixing it politely, he just threw one in the trash right in front of us. On top of that, one of our orders was made incorrectly. When we tried to point it out, he reacted with visible anger and remade it with a bad attitude, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. What made things even worse was how he treated other customers. There were still people sitting and eating, and about 15 minutes before closing, he told them to leave. Then, as soon as we stepped outside, he locked the doors early. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly shocking. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when just trying to grab a quick treat.
