- KKKris2 days ago1.0I’m sorry but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. They are constantly out of everything on the line. Cheese, lettuce, guacamole, queso, etc. I ordered 2 kids meals for my boys and it was horrible. There were only 6-8 chips in their bags and no sides to offer with the meal. They had the sides on the “to-go” side but would not let me even pay for a side of cheese. The chips were stale and they only gave one tortilla per meal. The staff did not seem to care and were only focused on cleaning their stations so they could close or leave early. Truly disappointing

- SSSophia SouleSep 28, 20261.0I wish I could give 1/2 a star, Ordered a burrito online and received this. Is this not unreasonable? Obviously I dont know the regulations for chipotle burrito size but this is beyond normal. Waste of my money and Im not going to run the risk of poor service again by ordering from here in the future.
- ASAri SSep 8, 20261.0My burrito was wrapped so poorly that it literally fell open as soon as I unwrapped the foil. Luckily I was expecting that since I watched the employee haphazardly stuff it all in and barely even attempt to fold the edges. This is my second bad experience at chipotle in less than a month so I’ll be sticking to Freebirds from now on. The food is better anyways.
- ATAnastasia Rae (Irish Twins)Sep 3, 20265.0This place is great but a girl with purple hair and and two braids had a terrible attitude. I understand she was probably stressed but I did not like to see how rude she was to her coworkers. I could tell it was also making them upset in an already stressful situation. And she was very very loud about how unhappy she was here. Again, I understand but that is not something you should be super comfortable saying loudly in front on customers. Maybe yall need more staff so that this isn’t a common thing.
