Always saying they are out of 4-6 things on the menu and of course it’s all the important items: chicken, beef, salsa, and queso. What really threw me for a loop was on my most recent visit was when they stated they where out of 7 items and then saying sorry we are also out of chips. Like wow it just can’t get any better. 10 out of 10 never going to this place ever again. (PS Qdoba is better)

They seem to not like each other due to the lack of communication and teamwork when it gets busy. I don’t ever see a leader on the floor, helping with customer service. Messy counter when they don’t use the correct portion. Mostly clean lobby. Glad they have a sitting area outside.

- GGg.Jun 18, 20261.0Pretty clear by the reviews this place has a problem , I walked in at 11:40 and was told they weren't open yet okay not a problem I sat down , someone else came behind me and ordered three to go bowls no problem , then my steak was cold and inedible okay also not a big deal but the manager seems like I was bothering her by bringing it to her attention and asking for a refund. This place is terrible in service , food and atmosphere, tables are dirty , cheese was scattered across the bench seat I was on, this place deserves every negative review it has , my incident took place June 18th at 11:45
