- SDSteven DulockSep 26, 20261.0Genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The rice wasn’t cooked (literally crunchy and uncooked) and the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had at a chipotle. It was cold, flavorless and had the consistency of rubber. My wife got the pork and went in to the bathroom an hour and a half later and has been in there for an hour. So far. I usually will eat most things and not complain, but this was exceptionally bad. I only gave the service a 4, because the people seemed nice and the lady at the register gave my son a free drink.

Cashier said there was no more tea when I told her the tea container was empty, she had the worst attitude and didn't care about my concerns. She obviously hates this job, she should quit.

Meanwhile the employees had 1 person making the food only to talk to other employees after each ingredient added. Then she spilled caso all over and laughed about. Girl with pink hair. It’s finally my turn to order only to be told it will be another 8 minutes for steak. I get you might run out of cooked protein, but I was in line for 30 minutes w 3 ppl in front of me. The line grew to the door and half the people waiting just left because it was moving so slow. Experienced like this is why I so rarely eat out. I wish I would have taken pictures.
