  Filthy poorly run. All the food was low or out. No one had serviced the dinning room. No ice not a clean table floor a mess. Even the bathroom had no paper. This is the worst run location I have ever seen.

  Not great honestly the rice had too much lime. They forgot our corn salsa in both bowls, and something had way too much salt in it. Underwhelming experience. Also the drink tasted watered down.

  Came in around 12:15 in the afternoon to a mostly slow store. The first girl did not greet me at all, and simply asked what i wanted with an annoyed look on her face. No smiling, no customer service, no welcome at all, just right to what I wanted and if it were to be for here or to go. After I asked for a bowl and white rice to start, she portioned literally half a scoop of white rice like the ration was coming right out of her paycheck, and then put an even smaller portion of chicken on and pushed it forward, and moved on to the next person. Didn’t even give me the chance to ask for extra rice or meat at all. Everyone else was a bit more helpful than her, but she ruined my experience for the afternoon and showed no care or interest for the customers at all. She needs to be set straight for the work ethic she is showing as this will never fly in a real job setting.

  I don't want to go back.I do not this commend t to reflect on the store or the service they provided .That was great .i feel as a first timer I was push through the line by people that know what they want. I do not know the answer for that .Maybe menus by the door that say first timers.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. When I got in line, there were only three orders ahead of mine. I watched the employee preparing those orders, and she was very generous with the portions, giving more than one scoop of several ingredients without hesitation. However, when it was my turn, the experience was completely different. The employee barely gave me a single scoop of each ingredient, making my bowl look noticeably smaller than the ones she had just prepared. I had to ask for extra portions just to get a reasonable amount of food, which resulted in additional charges. I ended up paying almost $20 for one Hot Honey Chicken bowl, and for that price, I expect consistency and fair portions. It was frustrating to feel like I was being served differently than the customers before me. Chipotle should ensure that portion sizes are consistent for every customer, regardless of who is ordering. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disappointed and unlikely to return to this location.
