  Look I get it, I’m a frugal person at heart and understand the importance of the bottom line. As the consumer, I will not tolerate small portion sizes and untrained staff. This cava location must be avoided to show them that the customer always comes first. When will corporations realize they can’t keep getting away with a more terrible product year after year! If I wanted a half made bowl with overcooked rice and no meat, I’d make it myself. Be better in the future, I will not pay another dime at this establishment.

  crazy beautiful guy working the counter. everyone deserves a million billion a hour so polite and awesome sauce and respectful. and the people working there seem to like each other which is important. means the food is imbued with good vibes.

  I love Cava but this one in particular is terrible. On three different occasions they have given me the wrong food when I order pickup. Tonight I got somebody named Quinns order. They also never answer the phone about problems with mobile orders. 0 stars

  My first cava meal was in Tolleson,AZ. My nephew googled Middle East food close to where I parked my Rig at the Loves truck stop. I felt in love with the concept of the Mediterranean touch and the lamb (can’t have Middle East or Greek food with out Lamb in the menu….oh, you don’t eat meat?…I’ll give you Lamb😆) Today it was good but the meat was a bit chewy with a bit much of nerves, still good I am sure end of day may be overcooked , but I’ll still recommend it. Perhaps when choosing half and half the protein, not to charge the extra

  This location is clean and the staff are super nice. My issue is that sometimes they do not cook the rice all the way. Multiple times ive come by and I’ll bite into completely hard rice amongst all the other soft foods. It’s not pleasant in general, but if you’re expecting soft foods and bite down on completely solid rice it doesn’t feel great. Staff is nice i’m sure they would’ve fixed it, but i don’t have time on my lunch break. And honestly with how expensive food has gotten, I at least expect that it’d be cooked all the way.
