  Oh Gosh! Just ate a less than room temp beef and cheddar! Didn't want to risk taking it back, if you know what I mean. Hopefully I make it. This is not a suicide note

  Came here the other day and there was one guy who seemed to be doing EVERYTHING. He was wearing a hoodie, no work uniform. Not sure what the policy is here, but okay??? He audibly grumbled when I ordered a strawberry lemonade. Are these hard to make or something? He took payment and then I saw him exit the building to take a car in the parking lot their bag of food. I'm sure this guy is TRYING HIS BEST but can you please hire more people so it's not one exhausted person running the whole store? You're charging like $9 a sandwich, do better and quit being greedy.

  We ordered through the app and picked it up in the drive thru. The employee was fine but when we got home to eat there was a problem! I opened the Arby Melt to add sauce and the top bun was burned to black! I have worked in food service and this is not acceptable. Please let the employees know

  My husband was at the drive threw window and the guy at the register was sitting his butt on the service counter. My husband made a comment to the manager and she said "So". The fries were burnt. The chicken sandwich is awesome.
