  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ally at the Whataburger on Morton Street in Denison deserves some serious recognition! From the moment I walked in, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s refreshing to see someone who clearly takes pride in providing great customer service. My order came out quickly and everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. Nothing was sitting around, and you could tell the food was prepared with care. Ally was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience stand out. In an industry where great service can sometimes be hard to find, Ally is exactly the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back. Fast service, fresh food, and a genuinely friendly attitude—that combination makes a huge difference. Whataburger should absolutely recognize Ally for the excellent job she’s doing. She’s a great representation of what customer service should be!

  It’s terrible when you order your food online and get it home to find out that you have NO syrup for your grandkids pancakes or picante sauce for you other items! No wonder you have a 3.9 rating! Maybe we should start going to the one on Austin Ave.

  This is your run-of-the-mill Whataburger, except every single time you go, they forget something. In the last 10 times I've gone, I might have gotten everything twice. They always forget to give me shakes, and now I'm missing two orders of fries. Not to mention that the place is always super short staffed, so it takes forever to be helped, let alone have them fix an issue. They also never have sweet tea in the lobby past 9:00, even though it's supposed to be 24 hours.

  1 star genuinely couldn’t be low enough for these people. Service is terrible, the workers DON’T listen, and the food is consistently messed up! I seriously do applaud y’all for being SO consistent with wrong orders. It’s almost like you’re trying, but that would require effort. I called back requesting a manager, to which the girl on the phone just spoke over me and said I can just get the food replaced if I have a receipt. I didn’t need a replacement, I wanted to voice my complaints to someone who might pretend to care. Do yourself a favor and just skip this location. Doesn’t matter that it’s brand new, it’s the same old experience as the Whataburger on Austin Ave.

  Customer service is terrible. They have now not given me food at curbside pickup for the 4th time. I asked to talk to a manager who told me it's not their problem. They said it didn't check in, I showed in the app where it clearly said i had, and his response was "that's not my problem". 4 times now I've had this experience and nobody has even bothered to try to apologize. They tell me it's my fault and are extremely rude. Consistent behavior across 4 different interactions like this. They clearly just do not care. Unfortunate
