  We visit restaurant 1411 in Denison Texas. We was greeted by Dionne. She was great, respectful and professional. We dined in she was on top of maintaining the restaurant . The food was nice and hot and the restaurant was clean! Thank you Dionne! We will be back.

  The manager Justin Cole has some of the best energy I’ve ever felt from a restaurant manager. He’s professional, always well dressed, always smiling, and never lets an order come out that isn’t perfect the way you want it. He’s professional gives the dine-in eating experience a gnarly vibe and I can definitely tell, this guy has been a top flight radical dude with with radical-tude since the day he graced this planet. Whataburger owes his mother a lifetime of free meals for producing a human so good at what he does it’s literally an anomaly of unknown proportions. 100/100 will eat here again but only if Justin’s working. his energy seems to give me en emotional enhancement that allows me to transcend happiness and go straight to pure bliss. Whataburger, if yall are smart, you’ll make him district manager before some gnarly time travel agency picks him up to take back to the past and teach early man how to be stabbin dudes with raditudes.

  My experience was very professional and friendly at location 408 in Denison, Tx! The food was excellent and Justin Cole went above and beyond expectations and is a one of a kind enployee!

  THIS PLACE IS SOOOOO CARLESS ITS UNREAL !!! I order 2 shakes !!! 2 shakes and it took over 20 minutes just to get them. As I watched Cheyanne put my shakes at the drive through window and then continued to make drinks for the cars behind me instead of handing me my order. Then I waved and try to get the attention of the guys that were just standing and talking at the fry station while my shakes are just sitting in front of me melting away. They literally looked and just continued to ignore me. The staff here is very unprofessional and careless. I will not be coming back !!!! They need better staff the wait was outrageous for 2 drinks and they put way too much much milk in my shake it taste more like watery milk then a milkshake ! Please get better staff !!!!! Yalls place is a chaotic mess and yall are so rude and careless !!!

  My order was with a potato Taquito with no cheese it came with cheese. Then my order was with a biscuit and gravy which the biscuit was hard as a rock seemed like it had been a day-old biscuit warmed up in a microwave. Totally not happy with this Whataburger first thing in the morning. Need some work I would start with the biscuits.
