    Awful service. Awful food. I ordered a Beefy potato grilled. What I got was beef in a tortilla. None of the sauce, none of the potatoes. Just beef in a tortilla. I ordered through the app and went through the drive through with my fiancée for pick up. I went back when I noticed my order was made incorrectly. What I got wasn’t even a menu item. I was the only customer in the drive through. When I went back I was the only customer in the store. The manager was in the office and the single employee was adding things to a fryer to get ready for the day. We had to knock on the counter after standing there for 10 minutes to get anyone’s attention. He offered to have her remake it. We thanked him and waited for the new item. What I got was once again not a menu item as well as the tortilla not being wrapped correctly. So now they’ve made the item twice and still haven’t given me what I paid for. I go in again and am once again being ignored. I inform the manager again the item is made incorrectly. I told with much attitude from the manager that they can “make it again” when they haven’t made what I ordered even once. At this point I say no because I don’t trust they won’t spit in my food if they are already this terrible at customer service. I ask for a refund. I’m informed I have to go through the app. I do. I can only get $3 off my next order no refund. I get told there is nothing the manager on shift can do but I can come back at 11 when the next manager is on duty. No name tags on anyone. I ask for names so I can let the next manager know who I spoke to should I choose to follow up. I was told they don’t wear name tags or give out names. Photo of manager included.

    Not only did they mess up my order but the ground beef that was in my taco smelled rotten! Never again.
