- MGMeagan Gardner3 days ago1.0I use this sonic a lot, and after today, will not be returning. I understand things happen, but today was unacceptable. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for my call to be answered, after pushing the button 3 times. I finally ordered and waited 15 minutes. Finally, food was coming to me. Another 10 minutes passed. I called again, twice, no answer. Food finally arrives. Kids meal was tossed in the same bag as my order. No toy. Kids shake was fully melted. None of the food was hot. I have my shake remade, and ask for a toy. That took another 10 minutes. I get the toy, and I get one that's super old and dusty. Whatever. Finally get home. No jalepenos on hotdogs. I paid extra for it. No cheese on burger. I paid extra for it. Overall, spent almost an hour for cold, melted food. And the worker was rude and didn't seem to care. If I could give this visit 0 stars, I would.

She is the best car hop yall have, heck her and Ann and Amber practically run that place. Instead of going through so many employees, why don't yall consider promoting with in the company. Give the ones who actually show up constantly and do a good job like Jessica, Ann, and Amber an incentive to stay, maybe a raise or just appreciate them! Im there EVERY DAY, and Jessica is always running her butt off! You can hire 3 new car hops and I garentee you Jessica will out do all of them. If yall loose Jessica, I hate to see how long just a drink will take.
