  Charles couldn’t hear me on the intercom so he stepped outside to take my order that’s above and beyond customer service! Very well spoken and well mannered, polite, and kind. Keep up the good work, Charles 👍🏾

  I love this specific location but they left me waiting for over an hour for a drink on a hundred degree day. And they seem to overlook the dirty for my dr pepper often. I left so upset I applied for a job.

  I’ve given this Sonic multiple chances, and unfortunately the experience keeps getting worse. On three separate occasions, I’ve checked in, waited, and ended up being completely ignored. On those occasions other people were being ignored too. So my question is, what is going on in there? Why is this happening. My guess would be poor management & being understaffed. Customer service and communication need significant improvement. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same frustrating experience.

  Wouldn’t serve me tea. “I’ll get in trouble if I make tea right now”. I’ve never heard of a dumb rule that they can’t serve tea 30 minutes before they close. Me buying 3 large teas definitely makes up for food cost so at the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you don’t sell all the tea or not. Learn how to run a business. I’ll definitely be taking mine elsewhere
