  Okay sonic this is and was your last chance to get my food right. Getting charged over three bucks for a burrito that looks like this. If you’re going to serve breakfast all day you might want to learn how to properly prepare breakfast first. I will not be coming back to this location.

  I mean this in the most respectful way possible: please slow down, listen carefully to the orders, and make sure the food is correct before handing it out. Today was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with Sonic in a very long time. I placed my order about 20 minutes in advance, picked it up, and drove back only to realize that the entire order was wrong. I returned to have it corrected, received my food again, and then realized my tots were missing, so I had to go back inside again. The whole situation ended up taking my entire break. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when things get busy, but sometimes taking an extra minute to double-check an order can save everyone a lot of time and frustration. Please just slow down, listen, and make sure everything is correct before handing the order out. That entire 30-minute experience was extremely frustrating. And my food was still wrong missing the bacon on the 2nd burger.

  Ordered 2 drinks, vanilla coke zero and diet cherry limeade. Cherry limeade immediately made me sick because it is not diet! I am sensitive to sugar so I order diet. Huge quality miss. Go to Sonic on Austin!

  I can’t believe I am saying this and never thought I would, but I should’ve just stayed in Pottsboro. And that is pretty pathetic as Pottsboro sonic is known to be one of the worst sonics ever I chose to come to Denison to avoid that and was instead given what appears to be old food at one time it appears it was warm.
