  Edit: I appreciate the owner acknowledging my frustrations. The number listed online is still the one that was disconnected, but I havent called to see if thats still the case. I cant, in good faith, leave my review as 1 star permanently over a single, albeit very frustrating, mishap. I have loved Jimmy Johns for too long to do so. Since the owner left an understanding reply, my review is back to the 5 stars it would have always been. ------------ I have loved Jimmy John's for decades. Been ordering from the Denison location pretty much weekly since it opened and will continue to do so because my frustration is with the owner only. I ordered today and my order was completed without me receiving it. It happens - things get delivered to the wrong address sometimes. Figured I'd just call and they'd take care of it. Except the only phone number is disconnected. If you cant maintain a phone line, you cant maintain a business. So I had to drive up there while I was in the middle of working to have my order remade. Since I had ordered delivery, I also paid extra for the delivery charge and tip. Thank you to the employees who made it right, and I hope the owner sees this and realizes its bad business to have no way for your customers to contact you when something like this happens.

  My new lunch spot because I love the buffalo chicken wrap! But also, the guys in here are so nice! The store is clean and quiet. Great place for a lunch meeting or to get some work done.

  Have you ever watched SpongeBob? More specifically have you ever watched SpongeBob SquarePants season 1 episode 6? That episode is called "Pickles" and just like Bubble Bass the last 2 times I've bought a pickle I have not received a pickle. "Still no pickles" -Bubble Bass
