The second lane was closed, (I have NEVER been through the drive through in less than 10 minutes. I had an appointment. Thought it wouldn't take that long but they did. Had to cancel my order and my money hasn't been refunded to my bank account yet. The store management in Denison should be reviewed by someone at Chick-Fil-A because there is no way this store meets any corporate standards.

I door dashed breakfast this morning and got a thin, dry, dehydrated piece of chicken, no telling how old it was. My yogurt was only filled halfway as compared to what it usually is. But on the plus side they didn’t waste half an hour of my time in the drive through this time!

EVERY SINGLE TIME - WRONG! And I mean that it has been wrong the last 8 times in a row! How hard is it to do your job? Every other Chick-fil-A in America does a great job. And when one calls in to ask to speak to a manager by pressing option 4 - THE PHONE SYSTEM HANGS UP! Dear Chick-fil-A Corporate - PLEASE REPLACE THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE! They are a total fail and completely worthless. This is a consistent problem that needs fixing immediately. Negative review left on 04/11/2026.
