  Ordered ywo beef and cheddar and got two beef and something-not-cheese. They wrapped them as beef and cheddar, but it was definitely not what I ordered. And to make it worse, the fries were cold, and the Coke was so watered down that it looked like tea and tasted like Pepsi. I hate Pepsi.

  Not an Arby's fan but my husband is, so I tried the chicken fingers. They were fresh, but they had a think coating and hard to eat.

  I come here pretty often, but today i had a coupon for the first time, and when i got to the window to hand it to them, the older lady that is usually at the window gave a big sigh, and said "next time tell us you have a coupon at the speaker when you're ordering" in a rude tone. i would have been happy to do that, but every time i order, they act like they can't hear anything unless i'm screaming into the speaker. never written a google review, but she needs to be let go or learn some basic respect because every time i come here she is rude and off putting. it's as if she hates everyone and her job.

  I don't usually do this, but this is ridiculous. Being charged $4.19 for a half a side of mac n cheese is diabolical. I wish I could add a picture. It was not even to the bottom line of the side cup, which might I add is not even half a cup. I asked for a bowl, not even half a side! It was supposed to be dinner but only got 3 bites. Don't recommend the Mac n cheese. It's a rip off
