Paid extra for it When I brought back to table I noticed my sandwich was dry. My wife's sandwich was moist. I took mine to the registers to ask, and they didn't know and the gathered around to look at it, and called the manager and they all agreed it was moist. I just asked them if they were sure. They doubled down. I just smirked and shook my head because I know they were lying to me straight to my face. My wife's sandwich was more marbled with fat and mine was completely lean. They essentially stole a dollar from me and lied. Not a big deal, it's just the lack principle that this location stands on.

I ordered 5 lbs of moist to go and to begin with it was way over priced but I thought that’s alright maybe it’s super good. I was wrong! The brisket was super dry, way over cooked and the fat pieces when I ran across one was like chewing bubble gum. I contacted management that same day and was issued a refund over the phone no questions asked,.. they said oh that’s ok there has been plenty of people complaining about the brisket, and these people continued selling it at a way marked up price. I thought I had found a jewel in Del Rio but the brisket from this place was horrible… in fact it was so bad I was gonna drop it with the refund but it was bad enough I had to make a review. Will never return to another Rudy’s!
