  Night shift crew deeply needs to be trained on proper costumer service… Yesterday night I came by around 11pm and immediately on the intercom I received “if you’re trying to order ice cream we aren’t serving it right now” (which I wasn’t) so I responded that I wasn’t and got ignored 100% so ended up driving off. Today I came by again around the same time since it was still a craving that was not met. Immediately same thing on the intercom, at least this time she let me order. My total was 19.72 and I gave 20.72, she just tossed the money on the counter and didn’t give me my receipt or change back… normally I wouldn’t care it’s just a dollar but it’s the principle so I asked and she said “I’m just waiting on change” and never helped after that just passed me onto a different employee. That’s not even all but I won’t ramble longer, basic training is definitely a necessity when working in the service industry. It’s unfortunate this is the only sonic closest to me that’s open later|

  Was on my way to pick up my nephew from school and decided to suprice him with a wacky pack meal from sonic, service was fast and really nice people too.

  Wasn't having a good day at work but decided to come to sonic for lunch. All I can say is that they are lovely people with great fast service.
