  Today my husband and I had the privilege of coming through your drive thru at 7p. We were greeted by Luu on the speaker and Danielle at the window. The two most RESPECTFUL young ladies we've ever met at a fast food drive-in. We were not rushed to place our order. Normally you hear, "Anything else. Anything else." Like an annoying repetitive parrot. Luu was NOT like the others. All I got was, " Yes Ma'am " after every item I requested. She even suggested addins. Who does that! Then when we get to the windows, we're greeted with the prettiest smile and graceful attitude from Danielle. I just had to ask her who took our order, just to say, "Thank you for being so pleasant and respectful. It was a beautiful treat for us." I just had to leave this review, because this kind of welcome should be shared with others to also go by and appreciate. Thank you ladies. You two are a powerhouse indeed.

  Meat patties tasted cheap, frozen and flashed cooked!Definitely different from other Sonic’s burgers. Onion rings were burnt and left a burnt oil taste. Even some of the onions in the onion rings were burnt crisp to a dark brown!

  Ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito and they decided to add onions to it. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

  Service is was horrible! Extremely slow and was left waiting on a response for a drink holder before being told they ran out.

  Horrible customer service. Horrible manager. They have a specialty drink that's called a cocoa berry cream drink and they have made it wrong the past four times that I have went there. When I tell them that the drink is wrong they tell me no ma'am that's the cocoa berry cream. If you get online on the Sonic website it shows you the actual drink it's strawberries with vanilla Sprite and cream. If you go on Google itself it tells you exactly what's in it and how to make it. They keep giving me a blue drink like an ocean water. The manager she is very rude if you tell her thank you she just walks away from you she don't say you're welcome have a good day nothing. This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to when it comes to customer service skills and experience. Train your employees to make the drinks that y'all come out with and train them to make them right some of them don't even know what the cocoa berry cream is. One girl that works there had to ask what is the cocoa berry cream and how do you make it.
