  Never know what you’re going to get no cheese on a plain cheese pizza compared to other Pizza Hut locations. Order ready when app says it will be.

  My order was supposed to be ready @1152 I got there I wasn’t acknowledged by the team member making pizza another team member walked up but I still was not acknowledged so I said excuse me is anyone working the front she said she would be right with me but when she came to help it was like she was bothered. Then when I asked for Parmesan cheese she asked me did I want to buy the shaker they don’t have the free packs anymore. Customer service is really trash these days.

  I came in to get a couple of pizzas and your manager James was absolutely rude. To be quite honest with you I will never order another Pizza Hut pizza as long as I live. I can't believe that that man is in the position of customer service. He has no etiquette does not know how to talk to people and was rude. The address of the location was 3413 center Street in deer Park Texas. Just beware that you were probably get another review from a customer that was behind me and she heard everything.

  Ordered food at 8:39 I didn't receive my order until 1015. Order was cold and it was wrong. After calling several times only to be placed on hold when I asked for a manager. I spent 53 dollars on this meal. Only for it to be cold. Finally I went to Pizza Hut in the storm only to receive attitude from the said manager. I'm completely over pizza hut. Do better

  It's been over 20 years since I'd eaten at one of the most popular Pizza places. Out of the top 3, Papa John's is my last favorite, my eldest sister doesn't like Domino's (except for their Thin Crust Spinach pizza), so I decided to go to Pizza Hut for hot, fresh Pizza. It seems Pizza places aren't really setup for Dine-in anymore, so we ordered Pick-up with the intent of eating a slice while parked in the Pizza Hut parking lot. It was unexpectedly hot, so hot that I had to use my fingernails to hold my Pizza slice. My eldest sister, brother-in-law, and their 2 kids opted to wait and eat when we got home since it was hotter than they could handle. All in all, a good visit and the few minute drive was worth it for hot Pizza.
