  Tell me why I've been ordering pizzas from here since I've moved to deer park. Never had an issue using a coupon that has been not used. The usual employees are pleasant. But today was the day! You know, the coupons that come in through the mail? Well I used the family deal and it was 2 large pizzas and breadsticks for $19.99. They didn't honor the coupon that was literally for deer park and Pasadena locations and were trying to charge me $50. So stupid! Told them just to throw the pizzas away. The manager was rude as well. Make sure they will honor the coupon at this location before placing an order through the phone!

  This is the 2nd time we have put an order in for pick up for dinner and they call and say there’s no pan style because the morning shift doesn’t feel like making the crusts and they are still proofing- definitely won’t be back!!!

  Have ordered delivery twice from this location the manager is extremely rude and is absolutely no help. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. Do an audit and hold your team accountable.

  Rudest manager ever. Their app gave a delivery time. Then I got 1000 texts telling me door dash took over delivery and it had been delayed. Called the store and it sent me to a call center. They transferred me back to the store. asked the “manager” to refund and cancel the order and he hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the first time the call center transferred me the poor girl that answered went to get him and he NEVER came to the phone. I don’t do reviews unless I feel it’s info people should know. Beware of this location. He wouldn’t give me his name so can’t help ya there

  Never know what you’re going to get no cheese on a plain cheese pizza compared to other Pizza Hut locations. Order ready when app says it will be.
