whoever worked yesterday around 5-6pm put the minimum of everything on my sandwich. meat is only on the second half, completely left out the cheese, which you have to pay extra for, and put almost no mayo. the dude with the long hair makes PHENOMENAL sandwiches i always get excited when i see him.

Good food, however apparently they have 1 toaster oven? Wanted a hot toasted sandwich but oven was down.

I think all the 1* reviews came on an off day, because I've been coming here (and ordering delivery from here) for years and only ever had a good experience. One time I ordered through the app and had to wait about 15-20 minutes when I got there, but the store was full, the drive-thru was backed up and there were only 3 people inside. Times like that you need to give a little grace. Are they perfect? No. Do they usually do a pretty good job? Absolutely.

Iv never had a sandwich or unwich that looked so sad. They barely put any meat but loaded it up with lettuce. Iv eaten at jj alot and its never been this way. The staff are always nice but come on 2 slices of meat is ridiculous for the price. Do better.

The lesbian woman who was at the register was extremely rude, while taking my order she stopped to yell at thectop of her voice belittling a coworker for making a mistake, ruining my lunch experience. She had no right yelling at the poor guy.
