Ive never had any problems with any other self checkout cashier tho.Self checkout is listed at 10 items or less. I prefer to bag my own groceries because I want my items bagged correctly and everytime I've gone thru normal lanes I've gotten raw meat with deli items. This round I only had 13 items so I went thru the self check and Jacob told me " you have to many items go somewhere else". All my items were bagged items and you could not count in the 2 secs of me walking up to a register where only 2 of the 6 registers were actually in use that I had more then 10. After leaving the self check out I went to a regular lane and and still got things bagged incorrectly. But at least the cashier and bagger were friendly. The bagged grabbed me a manager named Sal. He agreed with Jacob and said he was in the right. And that it was corporate decision for the 10 items only . If i had a full basket I would not go to self checkout. But to complain about 3 items over is absolutely ridiculous. You have lost my faith in this store. 💔
