  If you go to early you get leftover food it's pretty gross I guess they do that because they're trying to save money or something but it's disgusting

  I went to this Chipotle to pick up dinner for my partner and I. There was a big line with one girl working making the food and one girl was on the register. I doubt either of the teenagers are managers. Where is their help? Why isn't a manager helping move the line so we don't have to wait? The food was delicious and my burrito was perfect, but I don't want to wait after getting off work.

  Abby was very polite and friendly during my visit to Chipotle. She provided great customer service, had a positive attitude, and made the experience enjoyable. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and excellent service. Thank you, Abby, for making my visit a great one!

  Buddy with the neck and arm tattoos was really rude. Practically slammed the rice and beans into my bowl when making it. I asked him about their meat options and he rolled his eyes before explaining. He asked my wife who was ordering my son a kids meal “taco or quesadilla” and when she asked how it comes (she never goes here) he said “it’s just a taco shell or quesadilla with cheese” very impatiently like he was in a rush. I then went to pay and the cashier was waiting for an answer on what to price the meat at and the guy with neck tattoos even kinda snapped at him. He then grabbed the marker and wrote the meat label on the other customers bowl lid and then threw the marker into the little slot it sits in. I’ve never experienced this type of service here before. It’s a shame because this place was the last restaurant on spencer to have some nice employees. Guess I will have to find somewhere else to go. Edit: Also since i’m here, don’t get the chips they are always stale as hell. Might as well be chewing cardboard.
