  Thr staff is always friendly and helpful. It is clean and well maintained. I enjoy the food that Whataburger provides.

  I've never dined in, but i make sure to stop and grab a quick meal every time i pass through this area. The staff is always nice, but most importantly, this is the best Whataburger i have been to in North Texas.

  Always slow service. I was picking up one order that was placed on the app and placed another order at the register. I waited about 3 minutes before someone helped me. A lady took my order and I waited for about 3 more minutes until she brought me the other that had been placed in the app. The lady came back and said she didn't know if that order had a drink on it, but she couldn't find the ticket. She told me she'd just give me a medium cup and I said no because the person that ordered it always gets a large diet Coke. I found out when I got back with the food that the Large Diet Coke was on the order. I waited another five minutes before the placed order was ready. The lady at the register did apologize for the wait time, but I already know it's the norm. The food was good, but always expect a long wait time.

  Would give zero stars if I could. A couple of days ago went for curbside with 2 kids in the car waited 20 minutes and went in to check and my food had been sitting under the counter. Then fast forward to today I order a grilled cheese for my kid and we get home to eat and her grilled cheese is a bun with mustard and all veggies and nothing else…

  Unfortunately this place has went way downhill. It’s obvious someone from McDonald’s took over the management of this location pushing all the cars forward to park in random spots all over the parking lot causing traffic jams as this parking lot isn’t setup for that, to bring food to you making wait times much longer just because they think they can sell more food that way , The number 1 isn’t even a quarter lb of beef with the meat continuing to shrink , now it’s all bun, can’t even see meat on it from a side view as the bun smothers the reduced size beef, French fry portions are laughable .. typical bs , Up up up on the pricing , down down down on the portions, But it’s all about consistently making more money when these things happen, If it ain broke why fix it ????? This was one of the most busy places in the area , people will eventually catch on to the changes and this greed strategy will eventually ding the brand from quality and portions for price.
