  Couldn't even get my order right. Ordered a double sonic cheeseburger and they gave me a single. I was also missing sauces for my kids meal and missing jalapeno ranch. I did get the groovy sauce for the fries but how do you miss the other sauces I ordered. Didn't find out until I got home. Pretty disappointing when I spent $46 on food for the family.

  I've been twice in the last 2 weeks and both times they didn't listen or do my order correctly. The first time, I ordered a chicken bites combo and when they asked what kind of dipping sauce I'd like, I told them just ketchup. They gave me ONE for both my chicken and my tots. The second time was yesterday and asked for a Route 44 drink without ice and of course they still put ice in it. I have a Sonic I frequent that is closer to home, but I work in Decatur and occasionally have stopped there. They have terrible service like what I've already said, their wait times are way too long, and way too many of their kiosks don't work to place your order or to make payment. I'm done with this location because I'd rather give my hard earned money to a place that cares about giving their customers what they want!

  Friendly professional service. Great food. The touch pad wasn't working well and wouldn't let us enter a tip. Thank you for having a restroom.
