  The food is great but some employees are just completely oblivious. While one girl is putting in orders and clearly still learning, which is understandable, another girl is off to the side talking to one of her friends while the line backs up. The girl struggling finally gets the order in and then clocks out and leaves. The girl talking finally realizes she should probably do something as I'm standing there with my arms crossed waiting to order. She finally asks me if I'm ready to order, nah I've just been standing here for 10 minutes looking at all the employees with my arms crossed wondering if anyone is going to even say anything to me. Like come on.

  My sandwich was delicious as always! This is the 2nd time ive been to this branch. When I walked in, one employee in particular just seemed irritated that I had walked in. Blew it off, its busy and lunch time! Then I as I was sitting and eating I glanced over and smiled at her and she just made this crazy face at me, like what was I looking at kind of attitude. I may have read too much into it, but I heard her other interactions and dont feel im far off. Kinda turned me off from eating inside. I love Jimmy Johns though and im so excited we have 1 here! My sandwich was beautifully made and absolutely delicious. Everything else was awesome. Clean, neat, and organized branch.

  We ordered 2 turkey wraps to be picked up. It was not ready on time. The wrap had such a small amount of turkey I could barely see it. They put tons of lettuce on the wrap. I do like lettuce, but I need to na able to taste turkey too. I paid extra for avocado spread but it wasn't on there. I asked for cucumbers but only found 2 on the entire wrap. It did have some sort of sauce... maybe ranch or creamy Ceasar. I asked for pesto but found none on the wrap. Essentially, I ate a lettuce wrap with a sprinkle of turkey and a bit of some sort of sauce. I doubt I'll spend money there ever again, which is very disappointing because I normally enjoy Jimmy John's. I wish i had taken a photo of it, but was at a flag football game and had my hands full.

  The roast beef was perfect for my husband but not enough toppings to make sub pop… I got the Italian meat looked like it was slammed on there and I could not taste any of the dressing or seasonings…you guys are supposed to stand out by ordering the sandwich and knowing the way it comes will be what you get ……
