  We ordered 2 lg. bended Blondie's from the Decatur stand off S FM51. He read the order back as mediums & we corrected him. He charged us for 2 lg and we pulled up. They still had the order as 2 med & she said they needed to refund us for the first order and re-ring it, again charging us. At this point our bank showed 3 pending charges and no refunds. The broista said the refund would take 1-3 business days to show at the bank and they couldn't do anything else. Now the bank shows 2 charges still pending and the third charge is gone. (At this point we've still paid twice.) I mentioned to a friend and she advised that this stand is known for taking money from accounts and making into tips as well as having very negative attitudes when they are the ones screwing up. Drive the extra 13 miles and go to the other 7brew near.

  Sometimes its amazing, sometimes its not. My cookie butter shake with 2x espresso had no espresso and no flavor, just a vanilla shake.

  Love this coffee!! And every once in a while they give me a free one!! Which keeps me coming back!! Can't beat the flavor and the speed of service!! And the price is spot on! Just love everything about this place!!
