    5.25.26 - afternoon Hoping this teaches managers above on-site level. Something has to change. You have a prime spot and it’s in a whirlpool of bad people working that are causing you bad ratings. My recommendation is you wipe out and start over. This same experience has happened 6-7 times over 1.5 years. It never improves and yesterday was the last time for me. Details: Ordered drinks online and I pulled in to stall 1. Stall recognized my order and welcomed me as per usual when ordering online. Food server came out and attempted to manually cancelled my order while saying Apple Pay was down and we needed to cancel our order. I explained my payment was already done and I was only waiting for drinks. She asked me to move to the pickup line on other side of street where she and other members came out 6 times…6 times asking what drink and my name was. I sat there for 25 minutes for 2 drinks that were already recognized-there was a ticket in hand of my order multiple times. The staff never brought it out. They just kept asking the same question every time-name and order. Cars kept pulling up and getting orders and nothing for me still. At the end of the last ask of my name and order, I said I’d just cancel my order since the same lady for the last 3 times would come out and ask again what I was waiting on. Not sure if they were doing *shrug or just really are that incompetent but it’s always the same thing at this site.
