  I hate to leave bad reviews but when you go to a location multiple times and they repeatedly let you down, you have to speak up.. I am very simple and have been getting cherry limeades from sonic my entire life, this seems to be the only sonic location that can’t can’t seem to get it right, it’s either too much syrup, not enough syrup, no cherries, no limes, but always something is wrong.. I’m not even a picky person! Even if it’s messed up I’ll still try to enjoy it but when I pay for extra limes and cherries to hopefully get at LEAST ONE cherry or lime in my drink and still receive none it’s really disappointing, and bad thing is when ordering real cherries or limes in your drink you won’t know you have them until you finish the drink… please don’t let me down sonic, this is the only sonic near me!

  Came to Sonic and ordered a drink that wasn't as great as my usual and the staff and manager immediately made me a better drink to my liking. I really appreciate them making sure I was happy with my purchase before I left.

  One of the worst Sonics in DFW. Basic customer service is nonexistent. I wish I could give negative stars.

  came here a couple days ago and got some food during night shift took them long just for the burgers to be cold , mozzarella sticks was cold and barely gave any condiments. Customer service was also not well.

  I went to this location back in July 12 and ordered a heath blast and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. To my surprise and my strawberry cheesecake milkshake there was a foreign object in my shake. I have called customer service. I have left a message at the store and supposedly the Customer Service was supposed to send this information over to the franchise owner however it is July 21 and no actions have been taken. So it seems that I need to take legal action myself because they are neglecting the fact that there was a foreign object in my shake and I sent pictures. ****update...i posted a review a few weeks back and still have not heard from sonic...i keep calling that 866 number and they are doing nothing! when i say nothing i mean absolutely nothing. this is how they think of their customers that keep them in business. they have not even offered a refund or a gift card. just sorry and excuses. today is 9-6 and i have called them 4 times with no one to help me.
