    I had a order delivered the driver left my food on the ground never even knocked on the door called the store and was informed that someone named Liz did the delivery was placed on hold for 20 mins because the manager wanted to speak with me but no one ever came back to the phone now no one wants to answer this is highly disrespectful and disappointing I wish corporate would get involved because the manager nor staff care about their customers and yes I left a tip wish I hadn't I wasted 30.00

    I had a very upsetting experience with a delivery driver around 11:05 PM on July 7, 2026. The driver, an African-descended man, complained that he couldn’t find my address even though he eventually arrived. When he got there, he handed me the completely wrong order and would not hand the food to me directly. I had to physically take the food from the bag while he continued holding onto it. The situation then escalated, and it appeared that he attempted to physically hit my boyfriend. We immediately left because we did not feel comfortable continuing the interaction. I called and spoke with the manager afterward, and he knew which driver I was referring to. This entire experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer should have to deal with incorrect orders, confrontational behavior, or feel unsafe during a delivery. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

    I used to order from Dominos a couple times a month. Usually, when the pizza they deliver is not up to standard they will always graciously offer a credit for the amount I paid to use the next time I order. Well, the last time i inquired about my credit I was laughed at, mocked, and left on hold waiting for a manager to come to the phone which never happened even after 20 minutes of holding. On top of that, that very same day they delivered my pizza which was missing the toppings I requested. I tried to use the insurance option online and that was not working. So, I was stuck, once again, paying for an unsatisfactory product and service. Now, out of fear of retaliation of them spitting, or coughing, or digging in their noses and putting boogers on anything I order in the future, I am simply unable to support my neighborhood Domino’s. But the community should know why Domino’s is losing business, and I’m sure not just mine.

    If I could give a lower rating, I would. Don’t even deserve the one star but I had no choice. I received a notification through the pizza tracker that my pizza was ready at 4:00 PM. When I arrived at the store, I was told it would be another 15 minutes because my pizza was still in the oven. I waited in my car and returned, only to have another employee tell me it would be another 15 minutes. By this point, it was already 4:30 PM and there was still no pizza. Manager Maddie was in the process of refunding another customer who was also having issues with their order. I explained my situation, and she reviewed my receipt and checked the oven. Her response was, "Well ma'am, I don't see the pizzas," and she proceeded to issue a refund, essentially telling me I could reorder. The nerve and lack of professionalism were unbelievable. If I were a manager, I would have refunded the order and remade the pizzas at no charge to make things right. I had just watched her throw pizzas from the previous customer's order into the trash, yet she couldn't offer any better solution or attempt to recover the situation. To make matters worse, I asked to speak with someone above her or get contact information for a higher-level manager. I was told she didn't have a number to provide but could take my phone number instead. There was no real effort to escalate my concerns or provide meaningful assistance. This location seriously lacks customer service, accountability, and integrity. I ended up calling and opening a case because this experience needs to be documented. I wasn't the only customer having issues while I was there. What upsets me most is not the pizza itself—it's the complete lack of integrity and customer service. I eventually took my business to Red Oak, where my pizza was ready in no time. I'm interested to see what kind of follow-up comes from this complaint. Customers deserve better than this. Beware of this location.
