  I'm not sure how a location can have the same problem since starting, but if you get your order right, you've gotten very lucky I can count on my hand how many times any order from there I've gotten has been right, TWICE. Not small mistakes either. If you have an allergy, best of luck to ya cause they won't get your order right in that regard. And when you try to get your order corrected, they'll call you crazy and refuse to fix it until you demand a refund for a botched order. If you want whataburger, go to literally any other location so you dont have to worry about your order being right. The time and gas used will genuinely be less than going to this horrible location.

  This place is trash now. We ordered ahead and still waited over 45 minutes for a basic adult meal and a kids meal. Got home and half the order was wrong. It’s gone downhill hard over the last two years. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

  They informed me that they burnt the hell out of the onion rings when picking up our order and asked if we wanted money back or cared to wait for another order. The fact that they told us and I didn't have to find out at home gives them a 10 start!!

  No matter how many times I either order online or go thru the drive thru my order is wrong every time. Today there was no one in the dining area and the employees were walking around like they were on a break. I waited 15 minutes for my food and i was missing an entire combo meal. Do better.

  Came through this whataburger twice today because my order was wrong. Everytime I come here something is wrong. Only reason why my order wasn’t wrong the second time is because I sat at the window and went through the bag and even then they just throw the food together SLOPPY! And my eggs have sausage in them! Really?? This is concerning for people who avoid pork due to dietary restrictions, allergies or religious reasons. Jessica T took my order at the drive-thru both times and rang it in WRONG both times. We asked for Jalenpeno cheddar biscuits and she was able to find that on the computer but the kitchen didn’t give it to us, just a regular biscuit. Then gave me a bacon taquito despite saying Potato twice. Don’t know how you get confused. I’ve never dealt with incompetence like this before. I won’t be back.
