  Domino's has the worse customer service at this location and do not rely on the tracker within the app because it isn't correct and the lady who says she's one of the managers but will not walk over a talk to you said so. I ordered on the app 2 times last week and one was as bad as the other. I ordered at 10:20 am to pick up a medium pizza on the way to my doctor's appointment a few blocks away. I went to the drive thru it was after 11 the app said it was ready. I am the only person at the window and the only car in the parking lot, the guy came to window took my payment and then ask me to park it wasn't ready. I asked him if they would bring it out he said "I'm a driver I can't " ok then I said can I use the restroom and he said "no we don't have one" ok I parked still the only customer then I received a text saying my pizza was ready. I walked inside and some lady rushing around making online orders was to my left and I said hello she them ask someone to help up front...the driver came over said its not ready yet. I got a mes.saying it's ready I asked for a manager she turned around said she was one of the managers but she keep making pizzas didn't acknowledge me again about 10 minutes the driver pulled mine from the over cut it and gave it to me this is 11:23.. Terrible customer service

  Huge shout out to Jackie my delivery driver today. She is a very genuine human and really cared about connecting with me during my delivery. Super wet and rainy out and she definitely spread some sunshine. A little frustrated with my food orders here lately though. Although my food was warm and delivered with care, I can't seem to get my pizza with "extra" ham the way I order it. In fact when I order my pizza with normal ham there's more ham on it than when I choose the extra ham option. Some slices don't even have 1 piece of ham on it. Kind of a waste of an option if it keeps being ignored during the prep process. Staff and drivers are great. Food tastes great, it's just not always made the way I order it. Thank you for being so consistent and on time though! Appreciate yall!
