  The kitfo was way too spicy for my taste, although I appreciated that they were nice enough not to charge me for it. The table wasn’t clean, and unfortunately, the overall vibe was pretty dead. Hopefully, they can improve the cleanliness, food, and atmosphere.

  The spicy lamb was ridiculously good! Will be going back to this place on my next visit to Dallas.

  They are profiling:- I didn't want to give this review but I have to,because I was trying to talk to them first if it was a mistake, try to call them many times but they didn't respond my call, that proves it to me. I order special order over the phone and the lady said if you pay now I will have it packed for you, ok I paid right there and it took me about 20 minutes to get there. But when I get there they both come out [male/ female]and looked and she said give some minutes/still not ready/,ok I sat down and after some minutes she brought it and handed it to me, I went my home opened it, it's totally different order. I ordered teff injera and I paid for it. I will never go back to this restaurant, and I don't recommend. I believe they are profiling people. Sorry I'm not negative person, I don't even give reviews most of the time. They just pissed me off. I felt disappointed and disrespected. I felt they're profiling people!!

  Been coming here for years getting the veggie platter. Plenty of parking and I like the subterranean ambiance. If you're wanting to try Ethiopian, this is a welcoming place where the owner will gladly answer any questions you may have.

  Don't be fooled by the shady area. We got the veg combo for 1 and the beef dish and it was amazing. For those new to this, you use the rolls to scoop up your food.
