- RFRico Fuentes5 days ago5.0Moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area recently and Ive slowly been figuring out which food spots are worth going back to. Gave Wingstop a shot the other night and they did me right. Wings had plenty of sauce without being completely drowned in it and the fries were seasoned really good. Order took a few extra minutes but everything came out hot so cant really complain. Employees were cool and got my order right too. Been here a couple times now and so far its been pretty consistant

I ordered just a large fries today at 7:07PM and I waited until around 7:35 to receive my order. The lady gave me just a regular fry so I had to wait again. I received my order at 7:48PM. And when asked if I could speak to a manager or shift lead the lady said there was none… The lady in the front Nylah is super sweet so this review isn’t about her but I used to work at a wingstop and i know how the whole systems works and it should never take 40 minutes for a fry..

I waited on an order for over an hour and a half that the store clerk claimed she went in the back to check on 30 minutes into me getting there. Then after the next hour when I demanded she tell me if there is a ticket she claims no there isn’t one. Well why didnt you say that an HOUR AGO!!!!! Just because it’s a new location it’s still carrying the same trash behaviors that they carried at the old location.
