Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Girl that took our order was very respectful and had that Texan charm you love to see, kitchen was very well organized and worked like a machine, there were at-least 12 orders ahead of us and they blasted through orders very quickly. Food was fresh and very warm when we got it. Was girlfriends first time eating there, and she enjoyed it aswell.

Extremely unprofessional experience at this Whataburger location inside Dallas Love Field.
I was just here a few days ago and had a completely normal, respectful interaction with another employee, which makes this experience stand out even more.
After paying for my meal, I asked for my cup so I could get a drink while waiting—something that is completely normal at most locations. The employee, who I believe was named Makyla, responded with a rude tone and clear attitude, saying, “you get your cup when your food is ready.”
There was no reason for that kind of response. It came off as dismissive and disrespectful, and honestly felt like she was irritated because I didn’t leave a tip. If that’s the case, that’s even more concerning—tipping is optional, and it should never impact how a paying customer is treated, especially in a fast food environment. I paid for my drink why should she withhold it while I’m waiting for my food.
Situations like this reflect poorly on management and training. Employees representing your brand in a major airport should be held to a higher standard of professionalism and basic courtesy.
I don’t expect special treatment, just basic respect—and that clearly wasn’t delivered here. Management needs to address this, because this kind of behavior drives customers away.

Bought a potatoes an cheese taquito meal. The hash browns were dry and crispy. The taquito was a little smaller than normal brick stores. I spent about $10 for my meal. Would I eat here again? There are not too many options and this had the shortest line.
I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, but this meal just seems to fall short of what I expected.
