Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     This place sucks. Takes forever to get the food. Sat there in the drive-thru for 15min. Food still hadn't came out so I just drove off. This place should be shut down.

    Just started going to this Whataburger yesterday. The workers were very polite and respectful no problems, I ordered 2 sausage biscuit w/ cheese and a senior coffee no problem. This morning I order 1 sausage biscuit w/ cheese and a senior coffee and it was $8.35 I ask when I got to the window why it was so high, the lady Ms J she said her name was said" i don't know " I said I came here yesterday and order 2 biscuit and I senior coffee and she again said it is what it is. I said the price is not right and she said oh well. She was very rude and disrespectful. I told her I will report this and again she said that's fine. Whataburger you need to do better than this on your employees. They don't care how they talk to customers. I know it's hard to find good employees these days but people like her will ruin your business. There are to many other fast food options to choose from. I definitely don't have to put up with disrespectful employees and I want. And definitely will not be overcharged or whatever you want a customer to pay. You definitely want go broke because I don't come there but this kind of employee with hurt your business.

    Slow & Inaccurate… FYI If you have a 30 minute lunch, this “fast food “ joint is not quick enough. Got my drink wrong , and didn’t accommodate my request for spicy ketchup 🤷🏽‍♂️😢

    Food: So far its been good, no issues. Sometimes at whataburger in general you will get a real good burger made, I havent had that at this location yet in my 4-5 visits. The burgers are warm how just how you'd expect it to be, fries are hit or miss depending on how long they've sat due to service delays. 4/5 stars Service: The service is slow for being 2-3 cars in the drive-through. I go here because it's convenient and the food is fine, but I avoid it because i expect to be in the drive-through for 10 minutes more than I expect. Only once was I in and out in a normal amount of time. The people on the comms are more of a miss whether or not they sound like they are having a good day behind the speaker. They are at least accurate with my food modifications. 1/5 stars for the speed, accuracy has been 5/5 so far. Atmosphere: Its whataburger, you're in and you're out most times 3/5 stars.

    I am not usually the type to write a bad review but i have been thinking about this interaction all day long. I get to the order window and i asked her how big their patties are and she says “chicken patties?” I say sorry no the beef patties. Dead silence for a minute. “Hello”? “What was your question again?” She asked.. okay she sounds busy so i say never mind in a nice, calm tone and i just start ordering. I some how end up pissing her off by asking another question (big mistake) and she keeps saying “anything else” cutting me off after i speak. It threw me off so much i didnt even remember to ask for no mustard. The service at the window was the same. Just insanely rude the whole experience. I asked for a receipt because i wasn’t given one and she looked me squarely in my eyes and said “oh the machine isn’t working.” Liar. She just didn’t want me to be able to leave a review or know her name. She is a younger woman with strip lashes and short hair working around 11:30 am on 4/26. All these positive reviews on here must be bots. Please don’t waste your time by coming here. The service is slow like the others say and incredibly rude. Food is mid.
