  Went to pick up food at midnight after a concert. Still waiting for our food in drive thru & it took over 20 minutes to get our food.

  Michelle is the BEST person to have as the face of the restaurant! She's friendly, hard working, kind and has a beautiful smile. She offered to make my drinks for me and we even had a good laugh. Maria is all about business when passing out the food! Oh and my husband came thru last night and he's pretty sure he saw Michelle too bc he had a great experience as well. The food was hot and fresh. The order was perfect and that matters with a picky eating teen. Thanks so much!

  Amazing service by team member Michelle. Very caring after only meeting her for the fire time. The entire team was pleasant and even brought my food out to me while I waited. Outstanding service guys.

  Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is most sadest, and most ridiculous experience ever!!! The so called manager talking down to the employees in front of customers. Having to literally wait 45 minutes for an order. The so called manager refusing service to walk in customers telling them that she was not taking any orders because they were behind and if they wanted to wait over 30 minutes that was their problem. Even after a 45 minute wait the food was so cold the fries were not fresh they were cold. This is all unacceptable. This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been into!! This location has had this same problem for breakfast, lunch, dinner. No matter what time of the day you go there is a long wait. We hadn’t gone there in like 3 months hoping and praying that management had gotten control over this store. Well tonight we see that nothing has changed, the quality of the food has gone down. The service is a joke, and the so called manager has no control over how to communicate with the staff. This is sad! This is bad!!
