  Very long wait time. No urgency to get the orders out. I could understand if it was busy, but it was slow and I was the only one in line waiting. Hate to see this place when it’s busy. Definitely would go to the one up the road next time.

  All Whataburgers have gone down hill over the years but THIS ONE!!! This one is especially terrible. Its gross inside and food coming out matched. Meat was obviously rewarmed and the bread was stale. Made the wrong speciality lemonade but I took it anyway.

  I frequent this location for dine in and pick up. I love the rewards app. It always has great freebies and awesome offers. Customer service from every staff member no matter the shift is always top notch. Food is hot and generally fresh...except the cinnamon rolls...womp womp. Their pick up option where you order beforehand, park and they bring it out to you is super convenient and items in my bag are always accurate. Even the brief encounter then with staff bringing your order out is pleasant. I have had a few issues with delivery through Uber Eats where I didn't receive all the items I ordered but the food was still hot and fresh (except the cinnamon rolls..womp womp), packaged with care and when I went to the store to ask for the missing items, they didnt give me any issues and were willingly accommodating. I did try delivery through their app for the first time recently and that was not fun. They used the delivery partner Favor, and my food arrived super late, cold and I was missing items.

  Jesus christ these people are slow as hell. After 30 minutes of waiting we got up and left, never got our food. Im beyond pissed. The manager had absolutely no grasp of what was going on, disorganization galore. There were more workers than there were patrons. Went to McDonald's across the street, got my food in 5 minutes because I had to go to work. After reading reading the other reviews, this place needs to be closed and fire everyone that works there.

  This Whataburger location always gets my order right. My food is always fresh and hot. They always keep the booths/tables clean and their customer service is always amazing. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Everyone is always making sure I’m good, have everything I need and that I’ve been helped. I’ve came in late at night, in the middle of the day, and in the morning and my food is always right and the service is always the same. This location has some really great people who care about your safety as well and any time there’s been any unsafe activity they’ve always made sure to prioritize customer safety and secure the situation in a timely manner. I will drive past other whataburgers just to come here. Thank you!!! 💛
