  I went through the drive through today and the guy was giving me the drinks one by one even though it was a few. I asked for a cup holder and he rolled his eyes back like it was a big issue. First why would you think I can carry all those drinks, second your customer service needs work! Lastly, your communication needs improvement! I asked you a question and you said “idk I just brought the food out”.

  I placed an online order and arrived at 4:26 AM, only to be told to pull over and wait in the right lane. I sat there for 30 full minutes and didn't get my food until 4:56 AM. While I was stuck waiting, I watched at least five cars that arrived after me get their food and drive off. To make matters worse, I had to physically roll down my window and flag staff down just to get my order because nobody was managing the drive-thru properly or paying attention to waiting cars. Management clearly has no control over this shift, and the staff seems completely untrained on how fast food is supposed to work. Unacceptable wait times and zero communication. Avoid this location all day it doesn't matter what time you go you will ALWAYS WAIT ABOUT 30 MINUTES.

  Slow as frick with the food and burger was cold when I satdown to eat. More worried about drive thru and mobile orders

  I'm giving a five star review since I can't prove what I'm about to write. I write this with the intention of sharing suspicion of thievery that others may also have. Recently I used a gift card at this location that was loaded with $50. Our purchase was roughly $25. No issue, the gift card took care of it. However, the next time I tried to use that gift card the drive-thru attendant told me the card declined. I knew we only used the card one time so to be honest I assumed the attendant made a mistake. We rolled with it and used a debit card that time. Some days pass and we try to use the same gift card again because we know it's only been used once for a $25 purchase. This time the drive-thru attendant said "The balance is at zero." I saw the receipt of when the gift card was purchased and I know it said $50. I know that no one in my house has used it. I think one of the workers here documented the gift card's number and pin and stole what was left on the card. Again, I can't prove it but I am stating my suspicion so that other people who may have encountered the same thing at this location can know they're not alone.

  I grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas and eating at Whataburger. It's ashame its not the place that has the BEST burger in the State. It's fallen to one of the worst with service even lower. How can a company that owned the burger markwt let a California based company overtake them!
