  Made a mistake going through the drive-through at 10:56am on a Sunday. Ordering went fine. Two lanes open; great. All I wanted was the breakfast sausage sandwich meal. We should have been moving. The lane I was in (Murphy's Law) was not moving. I was stuck. There was no room to get out of line. Twenty-four minutes later I got my food and was finally on my way. I was late to my destination because of the long wait at Whataburger. Whatanexperience!

  I want to recognize the amazing service from Sindi and Mimi at Whataburger on N Haskell. This is a very busy location, and I truly feel the workplace would not run as smoothly without them at the front. They are hardworking, organized, and handle customers with great professionalism. Both of them always greet people with a warm smile, stay respectful, and are ready to help no matter how busy it gets. They work tirelessly and still treat every customer with kindness and patience. Their dedication and discipline really stand out, and they deserve big appreciation for the excellent work they do.

  Horrible service, constantly gets orders wrong and takes unbelievably long to prepare a single burger and with all that time they still get it wrong. They don’t even give me the specifics sides I order either, they always forget to give me fries, a brownie and a milkshake. When I ordered a soda they didn’t have any lids. The employees are not always kind. I recommend ordering from another Whataburger. Really frustrating.

  I got an order through the app and they missed so much of my order. I ordered for my whole family and we were missing a patty melt, fries, two things of gravy, and we asked for no ice in the drinks and yet they put ice in the drinks. That is a ridiculous amount of things to miss. One family member didn’t have a meal because of this and so two of us had to split. If you want your order to be done correctly, don’t go to this location.

  Today 05/05/2026 around 9:00amCT, I placed an online order. However when I made it home I realized that I had received my pancakes, however instead of my sausage and biscuit I had received some breakfast burrito. Due to me noticing once I made it back home I was furious and went back to the restaurant very upset due to me having to now take more time away from work. I’m leaving a 5 star review because the lady, not the manager, was able to fix the issue and was so calm even with my anxiety through the roof she calmed me down and made things better. Due to her kindness I was so happy leaving because she turned a bad experience into a smooth experience.
