  I don't want to be mean, the workers might've been new hires. But the service was so slow, the workers lacked social skills, and they kept staring at me while I waited for my order. Oh also I had to ask to use the chip reader and not tap pay several times all while being ignored until the worker got upset and said I should do it. I hope its just they're new and not that they were high on the job. I'll still go to Whataburger in the future, but I will definitely be avoiding this location.

  We went through the drive thru ordered two #1 combos and went home it was just 2 minutes up the road and our burgers where cold, fries where old and cold and our drinks where not coke classic they where coke zero, we called and talked to Amir the manager and she told us to come back the next night and she would replace the meals we went back and now she don't want to replace the meals, she is not manger material she needs to be demoted from that position.

  Very disappointing experience at this Whataburger location on Plano Road and Forest Lane. I ordered a patty melt with no drink. My total was $12.43, and I paid with $15. I was initially given only $0.65 back. When I pointed out that my change was incorrect, the manager, Emily, told me I was lying and insisted she was sure she had given me the correct amount. I told her she could check the cameras, and she eventually gave me the rest of my change. What bothered me even more was what happened afterward. My sister was with me and was wearing a headscarf. The manager looked at her and said, “Lying is haram.” I found that comment completely inappropriate and unnecessary. It made us feel singled out and disrespected because of our appearance and religious background. I also asked the manager for contact information so I could report the situation, but she refused to give it to me. I had to go inside and ask another employee for the number. Mistakes with change can happen, but there is no excuse for accusing a customer of lying, making inappropriate religious comments, and refusing to provide information for a complaint. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed with how we were treated. I hope management looks into this incident and reviews the cameras. Customers deserve to be treated with respect at all times.
