  My son call for a call in order and some lady rude answer the the call scrami g and yelling to my son all I want it to just make an order to pickup son it could be ready so my thing is if you take orders from door dash and Uber eats what is the difference of an call in order also the manger on duty 8-11-2026 at 7:40 pm and the employee was rude to my son I've been a customer since I was a kid and is this how you have a customer service wow very very unexpected place this employees take up to one hour to make orders i never stopping here again I'll be looking for another place.

  Large fry container was half full, no flavor in the dr pepper, no napkins in the bag, slow service. Do yourself a favor and drive a few blocks down the road to the other whataburger on plano rd.

  Literally 0 stars for 0 food. Put a pick up order 10mins before I went on lunch cause I know they're always busy. Got there, checked in and waited. Several people doing pick up were waiting so no big deal but what I did notice is two separate people who seem to know the manager came in after me, put a order in store and were served within minutes. Now maybe in store clients are supposed to be served before pick up or maybe I just need to get to know the manager in order to get my food in a timely manner. I waited the 30 minutes i had for lunch before telling them to cancel my order, just for the employee to pick up a bag, take it to the manager and say he wants a refund. So was it ready and yall were waiting on what exactly? One of the guys doing pick up was there 15mins before finding out his food was just sitting there on the counter in the kitchen the whole time. To say this whataburger is mismanaged is an understatement of the century. Attitude reflects leadership and no one there had a good attitude. Do better whataburger. And no I will not being using the reward points yall offered. I'll be taking my business to In and out from now on. Good riddance! And to be clear I'm giving yall 0 stars. Funny how that's not a option. I wasn't even handed my cup to get my drink when I checked in. Literally got 0 from yall. Literally nothing. So the rating is 0 stars. So if you want your food on time you just gotta get to know the manager. Otherwise they couldn't give a single flying ....

  This location is the worst location.I have ever been to. I went through drive through yes , afternoon in order a hot honey , kick crisp chicken sandwich... When I got home, I had a sandwich that was doused in honey sauce.No , cheddar cheese sauce and my fries were not fresh. Up on calling to talk to someone they told me that they were out of the cheddar cheese sauce for the sandwich , which was not told to me when I ordered it. So I went back to get a different sandwich. The new Chicken Sandwich I ordered.I said , I want lettuce tomatoes , no pickles. What I got was a old Chicken Sandwich that was drowning in mines overflowing with big chunks of onions and pickles. Mind you I said no pickles.. I wish I could post a picture here so that everybody could know. Don't go to this location.... just terrible. Never again

  Do not eat at this What A Burger. I just got a order that wasn't made like how I usually get it. I ordered the sweet n spicy bacon burger. Onion rings and a apple pie..The burger was thrown together with ingredients that I never tasted..my onion rings were super soggy and the apple pie was dry as ever...I spent 16 bucks n some change...Mind you I had to waste almost 20 minutes until I had to go to the window. I called the store a few times and nobody will pick up the phone. Fair warning. If you don't want to waste money do not go at 11pm. It's sad hard earned money is wasted All due to people who care less about proper food quality. And their not giving receipts. Wonder why.
