Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     The poor employees had to deal with 50 children, and they handled it really well! They were polite even though they had to deal with crazy freshmen. 10/10, would recommend for a fieldtrip.

    The manager is unprofessional. Staff are lazy and gross. This is my 3rd corporate complaint for the lack of professionalism and work ethic from any of them. I will NOT be back to any of WBs locations because of this one.

    The burgers are amazing, the fries are mid (I can tell its cooked in vegetable/soybean oil, not beef tallow) the shake machine was broken and the Dr Pepper was the only drink that I found questionable because the nozzle was broken and the Dr Pepper was coming out of the label plate. Root Beer was good though but with AW next door Barqs isn't really a go to for that establishment. I'm hoping things improve because I really like their burgers.
