Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    This one of the best Whataburgers in the area hands down speee of service on point and always have fresh hot food when I come to this location!!!

    I visited the restaurant to have a burger, but unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by the rude and completely unacceptable behavior of the night shift staff. The way they spoke and interacted with customers lacked the basic standards of decency and professionalism. A note to the Management: I highly urge the restaurant manager to look into the actions of the night shift crew. Good food means nothing if it’s served with bad attitude, and customer service is the foundation of any successful business. I hope to see real improvement and accountability for this behavior in the future.

    When went inside i stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order.Why two guys stood talking to each other.Nice guy came and took my order.Waited 10 minutes for my order.I went to the counter to get my order since I hadn't been served.He made my burger with the same gloves he took money from other customers and while using the registers .Disgusting!!! I know he knows better since he has a blue shirt on i guess he didn't care.I cared because I would've been the one eating it.This is a perfect example of why we shouldn't eat out.Employees showing respect when handling our food.And most likely not washing their hands.
