  I am absolutely disgusted, furious, and completely repulsed by the health-hazard excuse for a meal I just experienced. Not only did your staff take an absolute eternity to scrape together three pathetic chicken strips, a basic burger, and fries, but you paired my overpriced meal with a literal BUG FLOATING IN MY DRINK. Normally I’d let this slide but let’s be crystal clear to the owner and the management team hiding in the back: we are living in a time where eating out is an expensive luxury. If your customers are paying hard-earned, premium prices for basic fast food, the absolute bare minimum expectation is that it is edible and sanitary. A bug in a beverage is a direct reflection of systemic filth. If your staff cannot be bothered to properly clean and sanitize the ice bins, there is absolutely zero chance you are properly cleaning your kitchen, your grills, or your food prep stations.I was so blinded by pure rage that I threw the entire order away because if your drinks are contaminated, your food is a stomach pump waiting to happen. To make your complete lack of operational control even more apparent, I have tried calling the store and no one answers the phone. Management has utterly failed. The owner clearly does not care about health codes, quality control, or basic human decency. You are charging premium prices for garbage service and health violations. Anyone doing business like this in 2026 deserves to be shut down permanently.

  Everytime I come here their service is really slow. The drive thru line is so long but they keep holding each car at the speaker box for almost ten minutes. I also see other cars leaving because the line is not moving. You are losing customers. 🤷‍♀️

  I had an amazing experience going through the drive-thru today! Dez took my order, and he was absolutely the best. He was friendly, professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. My order was 100% correct, and I got everything I asked for. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Big compliments to whoever was cooking because they did an amazing job! Great customer service can make all the difference, and Dez definitely delivered. Even if the food hadn't been perfect, his customer service would have made the experience a good one but the food was incredible too! Thank you, Dez, and the entire team, for making my visit such a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

  Great food and a great experience overall. The #2 was perfect, juicy, and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend adding mayo, bacon and cheese. will be coming back again!

  I hate to leave this review but, this was just terrible. First, I waited in the drive thru for a while before anyone said something, I even pulled up to make sure they were still open and then I backed up again to place an order. Once I placed the order and paid, I was told to go park in VIP to wait for the order. After waiting for awhile, someone brought food to my car and when they left ,I looked inside the bag and it was someone else food. So, I got out my car and took it back inside and they realized the mistake and told me they were waiting on my onion rings to be done. Once the onion rings were done, I took the food and proceeded to drive off. Well, once I opened the burger, you would not believe it, the burger was not cooked fully and the sandwich was old and cold. I was afraid to take it back and get something worse. It's 1053 pm and I have to find somewhere else to get some food to eat. This was a waste of money and super sad service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ‼️‼️‼️
