  I try to be forgiving but in this case, they made it hard for me. Long a super wait in drive thru, got skipped even though I had a small order. I would've been cool with it if they didnt mess up the order and drink. I noticed it too late on the drive away. When I get drive thru, I dont expect the food to be great, but I expect it to be what I paid for.

  Fix the leaning orange pole by the online order pickup parking spaces. Its a hazard. Besides that no complaints. Great service and friendly staff.

  Whataburger is amazing! This became our favorite memory of Dallas. We came to Dallas for the World Cup, and an Uber driver recommended Whataburger as a must-try Texas original. The five of us ordered different burgers so we could try a variety of them, and every single one was delicious! We also loved the Whataburger merchandise. The T-shirts, caps, and other items were so cute and cool that all five of us wanted to buy something, but unfortunately they weren’t sold at this location. When we asked, the staff kindly explained that they were only available online. Since we’re leaving Dallas tomorrow, we thought we’d missed our chance. Then something amazing happened. The manager—the gentleman in the photo—surprised all five of us by giving each of us a Whataburger keychain and a cap as a gift. We were completely touched by his kindness and incredible hospitality. We all took a photo with him because we wanted to remember this special moment forever. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We will never forget your kindness, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Texas!

  Just walking in was a fantastic experience, Ms.Annie was smiling and happy with a with a warm welcome! Restaurant is clean, service was perfect and the food was outstanding!!!!!
