  Just finished an order of a double cheeseburger meal w/ a shake plus a spicy chicken sandwich obviously. The takeout was speedy maybe because it was a Monday lunch time hours. The vibes was ok but not that it matter because everyone was on their phones with headphones doom scrolling thru tiktok and nonsense. As for me, I was enjoying hip-hop/r&b playing on the dining room speakers and playing the trivia on the tv. Now to the food. When in Texas you get some Whataburger. Going in to this as a first timer and very hungry like I mentioned before the double cheeseburger gave me the local cheeseburger vibe from my childhood spot. It was delicious! The fries are just like McDonald's fries minus the oil and a bit salty BUT that's ok because I got myself the shake. I did get grilled onions which they miss plus the gravy and was completely confused where to use it. It was used as a dip for the fries. The gravy was extremely hot. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't anything special. Overall, 4/5 and will definitely get the double cheeseburger meal again. I'm going to try and figure out what's the gravy for. Stay tuned!

  한국엔 없는 브랜드라 달라스 공항 내에서 방문했습니다. 버거 가격이 한화 12000원 정도? 했던 것 같은데 생각보다 버거가 엄청 컸습니다. 쉑쉑버거 생각하며 주문했는데 와퍼 사이즈로 줘서 당황했네요. 사이드 메뉴나 음료는 따로 주문을 안했는데, 그래도 매우 배가 불렀습니다. 근데 쉑쉑버거가 더 맛있는 것 같네요..

  Good food as always but no ice, half the soda machine is broken, and $20 for a burger is crazy even in the airport

  We ordered at the kiosk, which went fine. It’s when we started waiting for our order that the problems began the lady dressed in black at the pick up window was totally oblivious to what she needed to be doing. She was not handing out or calling out orders as they were piling up. We had a large order which set for at least 5 to 10 minutes on the shelf. Another lady came up and told her to start calling all the orders, which she did not do, and then that same lady came, and started calling out the orders. When they finally called our order, they handed my grandmother a coffee cup and told her she needed to fill it up herself. However, she had ordered a specialty coffee. We took her order to the table, and then my grandfather said he didn’t get his water. My grandmother went up, took up the slip, and then showed them that she had a specialty coffee. Another woman took a cup and put cream in it and then handed it back to my grandmother and said OK go fill it up and they also gave my grandfather his water. Then we noticed our honey mustard and ranch dressing that we ordered was not included. Went up to the counter again and the lady dressed in black, Acted like we were totally putting her out by asking for something we had already paid for. She went back, got it, put it on the counter, and without looking at us, turned around and walked away. And yes, our food was cold. Worst service we have ever received in a fast food restaurant.

  It took more than 40 minutes and everyone have order after me took his order, they don't follow their screen, and when I ask to cancel the order they didn't return the tips, BJ Johnson is operational manager, I would not put him even as a fries server.
