  This review deserves 5 gold stars. Firstly and foremost I must commend the customer service delivered in this store is absolutely extraordinary. Rebecca & Lilly took care of a smoothie that spilled accidentally without hesitation. They truly embody what a business sometimes forgets to incorporate to stand out and exceed in growth: warmth and hospitality. Aside from that, the smoothies, bowls and wraps that I normally order for my coworkers are consistently delicious and nothing short of fulfilling..and even if they weren’t that great, there is still a reason to come back to the store. Thank you and kudos to you guys

  This is my go-to lunch spot. I absolutely love the hummus wrap and every smoothie I've tasted has been great. More than that I love the service I get at this location especially from the young lady Mia. She's always smiling, greeting everyone, and she is patient with me while I order which is very much appreciated. I'm thankful for the service that is provided and will continue to come here because of it

  Your workers are too busy checking their phones and talking to each other than serving the customer. The lady in front of me left before me and we ordered at the same time because this girl over here could care less about working, left my smoothie in the blender while she spent time reading her texts. Ridiculous. If u don’t want to work stay home.

  I’ve visited this Tropical Smoothie location several times, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The lunchtime manager would benefit from additional training in customer service. There is little to no acknowledgment of customers, no “thank you,” and interactions often come across as though customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Online ordering is also inefficient. Orders are not placed in the designated pickup area, resulting in unnecessary delays of 10 to 15 minutes during busy periods. When you ask for help, you often receive an attitude rather than support. Order accuracy is inconsistent at best. It's a 50/50 chance of getting the correct items, and the quality control is lacking. For example, bananas are frequently either overly ripe to the point of being nearly inedible or completely unripe. It raises concerns about overall attention to detail. I enjoy Tropical Smoothie as a brand, but this location needs to improve its customer service, order management, and overall guest experience. A greater focus on professionalism and customer appreciation would go a long way.
