I asked for a manager but there was no manager either. Assistant managet told me I can come back til 4pm when there was someone :( so complicated it! I just wanted to buy my son's birthday cake at the counter. I left very dissapointed!

I get the same emails and when I call I’m left on hold for so long. I’ve been trying to get it sorted for almost three weeks now. Would not recommend buying from them. Customer service is lacking. I’ll stick to Kroger and won’t renew my fresh pass.
