- KHkelsee hearneSep 27, 20261.0I remember when this store was the epitome of boutique/luxury shopping. Simon David’s was a store above the rest. You could find all of your grocery staples as well as all of the unique items not carried by other stores. Now Tom Thumb is trash. Hardly anything is in stock, every “substitution “ is with an item that is higher cost, not similar to what you asked for, and it is impossible to speak with the shopper. If you don’t have an item, it should not be shown as available. If it must be substituted, equal quantity and quality should be given at equal cost. I have selected exactly what I needed, paid for it, and the surprise increase in cost , as well as the surprise reduction in value, is not what I am paying for. It is sad that I can no longer call this store a specialty store.
- CSClint StinsonSep 19, 20264.0Great grocery store. Had everything I needed and found it all easily.
- KNKevin NicholsonSep 4, 20262.0Patiently waited for deli to slice the cheese I requested. It was also labeled as a sale item that day. No problem. The attendant was nice. Went to check out and it wasn't correct in price. I hit the call button and wait, wait waited. People were behind me in line. I finally explained the error, and was told I had to get out of line and go back to the deli. Sorry, that's not how it should be. Almost every time there is a pricing issue I have to bring to their attention. I like shopping here, but you have to be alert because the deals, sale price, and promotional items are often in error I hope they can rectify this. Thx.

- LWLmw WilliamsJul 22, 20261.0The store manager Michael Teer is a total joke. He has no concern for customers at the store , he shrugs off every issue like it of no concern . The night supervisor Machelle is Loud she eats at the service desk and stays on her cell phone and leaves the desk unattended while she goes outside for constant breaks. The parking lot is trashed and the bathroom has pills on the gooor in the corner that’s been there for over a month . The men’s restroom reeks of urine It’s just not acceptable for this location
