- CBConstance BurnsApr 29, 20263.0I love the pharmacy here, but I have had a couple of bad experiences with the deli. Earlier this month, I patiently waited about 10 mins for a staff person to show up in the deli/bakery area. A woman appeared behind the bakery section. I asked her to help me -- but she said she didn't work in the deli, someone else did. Then, she left to go find him. Finally, the man who worked the deli counter showed up, but he chose to serve a man that had just arrived at the deli counter before serving me. Then, this evening, the same deli worker put the bowtie pasta I ordered into the wrong container (should be in a container with the lid at the top, not a clamshell box). Additionally, he didn't use a sticker to seal the clamshell box. So, the box popped open on the drive home and spilled out into the plastic shopping bag (see photo). Unhappy with this type of service. I am going back to using the Whole Foods deli, where customers can serve themselves in the deli and pack their own deli boxes!

The middle aged female supervisor or shift lead tonight at 8:55 pm Friday 4/24 rudely told me and me elder mother that we could check our selves out and and that she wouldn't help us. She pointed and said, "there's the self check out" She was complaining on a phone call that there were no other associates and all the work was left for her when she could have helped us herself. There was a nice cashier that was about to check us out and then sent her home or on break as we walked up. This is unacceptable. She is very abrasive and needs to be retrained in customer service skills.
